How to order?

By the time you come to order, you will probably already have spoken to us, so you should know the form. But the more time you give us the less stressful life will be. Read very carefully the breeding conditions for each stallion, we aren’t here to catch anyone out, but each stallion owner has their own conditions and these differ between stallions.

We are breeders ourselves, and therefore fully understand the stresses and strains of existing in an increasingly competitive industry. Whilst we of course represent our owners and are stallion owners ourselves, our primary concern is to get your mare pregnant. To this end, we have chosen to import only stallions known to have good quality semen, which doesn’t necessarily mean that it looks great under the microscope, but that it gets mares pregnant.

From time to time, there will be problems. We give you our assurance that we will do everything possible to help you get your mare in foal, we will occasionally perform miracles, but we remain only human.

So when you call us, please have ready:

Once we have all these on file we can process the order and ship the semen.  We do not ship any semen without prior payment.

Grafenstolz, Rubicell, Esteban, Odermus R, Parco and Royaldik

Are all owned by The Stallion Company, and we give a full live foal guarantee (see below). Once you have paid, the contract will only be completed when you have a viable foal, standing and nursing at 48 hours. If your mare dies, you may substitute another mare. Fresh/chilled semen is available every day throughout the season. They all stand at our centre in the UK.

Kannan

Again owned by The Stallion Company, but he stands in France and we can only supply frozen semen to the UK and Ireland. The semen is super, with more than 600 mares covered using frozen in 2012. He’s the best stallion you can get your hands on, so he’s worthwhile. The breeding is sold with live foal guarantee.

Clinton II

Owned by The Stallion Company, but lives in Sweden and we send the chilled semen to the UK and Ireland during the week. The breeding is sold with live foal guarantee.

Quantum

Owned by The Stallion Company, but lives in Holland and we send the chilled semen to the UK and Ireland during the week. The breeding is sold with live foal guarantee.

Mighty Magic, Flipper d’Elle and Mylord Carthago

Are sold by dose only, with a minimum of two doses per order. The semen is super quality, but comes with no live foal guarantee.

Live foal Guarantee

This is the best contract available in breeding: once you have paid us, we are committed to supplying you semen (transport and collection costs are for the breeder each time) until your mare is pregnant, and then has a foal standing and nursing at 48 hours old. Once the foal is 48 hours and viable, the contract is complete. If your mare loses the pregnancy for any reason before birth, we continue to send you semen to get your mare pregnant again. If your mare dies in foal you may swap to another mare. Once the first shipment of semen has been sent, we do not refund the breeding fee under any circumstances. You may swap a mare if you consider that your original mare is proving too difficult. Breedings cannot be resold for any reason.
If one of our stallions dies or becomes infertile, you may use another which we own, regardless of breeding fee.
